What is the investment range?

Every event is uniquely tailored based on location, production needs, guest count, travel, and overall vision.
Local events within New York and surrounding areas typically begin at a $5,000 investment. Regional, destination, and international events generally begin between $10,000–$15,000+ depending on scope and logistics.
A limited number of events are accepted each year to ensure every experience receives a high level of attention, creativity, and execution. Early booking is strongly recommended for peak dates and destination weekends.
Are you available for destination events?

Yes. Ryan Vandal is available worldwide for select weddings, nightlife, and private events.
Do you provide sound and lighting?

Yes. In addition to DJ performances, Ryan is the founder of Workin The Mix Entertainment, a boutique event production company specializing in elevated entertainment experiences.
Services can include premium sound systems, intelligent lighting, custom DJ booth setups, photo booths, cold sparks, and curated enhancements tailored to the overall atmosphere and vision of the event.
How far in advance should we book?

Most weddings are secured approximately 12 months in advance, with peak dates and destination weekends often booking even earlier. Corporate, nightlife, and private events are typically booked within 3–6 months depending on the date, location, and scope of production.
Early inquiry is always recommended to ensure availability.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

A nonrefundable retainer and signed agreement are required to officially secure your event date. Remaining payment terms, cancellation policies, and event details are outlined clearly within the booking agreement provided during the inquiry process
Do you carry vendor liability insurance?

Yes. Ryan and Workin The Mix Entertainment are fully insured, and certificates of insurance (COIs) can be provided upon request to venues, planners, and production teams as needed
Is Ryan the one who shows up to every event or does he send someone else?

Ryan personally performs at every booking under his name. When clients book Ryan Vandal, they get Ryan Vandal.
